New client welcome meeting

A relaxed, informal session for new clients who have accepted the CBC quote and are ready to get started.
The purpose is to:
- Welcome clients to CBC
- Answer any questions about onboarding
- Help you to access and navigate the CBC Client Portal
- Support you with signing engagement documents
- Help connect and set up FreeAgent
- Explain what happens next and what information we need from you
- Remove blockers that could delay onboarding where we can
- Give you confidence that we are here to help.
New clients will leave feeling confident about the next steps, with the key onboarding tasks completed or underway, helping CBC get you up and running more quickly.
