Meet the dedicated team at Caroline Boardman Consulting (CBC). We're a growing group of finance and business experts, committed to supporting our clients with tailored accounting and bookkeeping solutions.

Caroline Boardman

Owner and Managing Director

Caroline founded CBC in 2018, scaling the team to match our expanding client needs.

She lives in Urmston with her husband Chris and two children Dominic and Imogen.

Victoria Barker

Practice Manager

Vic manages office admin, client on-boarding and communications.

Vic also runs her own VA business – Dream PA and lives in Lowton with her husband and two boys.

Angela Carmody

Bookkeeper

Angela joined CBC in July 2024 and quickly became invaluable.

Based in Urmston she works part-time around her family, sharing the office with Caroline and living with her husband, son and daughter.

Lisa Clennell

Marketing

Lisa founded Your Happy Customer, specialising in customer-focussed marketing. She helps CBC ensure our clients are getting the support they need.

Lisa lives in Chorlton with her partner and two children.

    Becki Brooksbank

    Accountant

    Becki holds a Masters degree in Physics and has 15 years as an ICAEW-qualified accountant.

    Working from Nottingham, she handles accounts, self-assessments and corporation tax and aligns perfectly with our CBC values!

    Louise Ball

    Bookkeeper

    Louise serves as the dedicated company bookkeeper at CBC through her business, Eleven Accounts.

    She keeps us on track with receipts, VAT returns and streamlines our pricing for efficiency. Louise lives in Heaton Chapel, Stockport with her 2 girls.

    Sabrina Simpson

    Bookkeeper

    As CBC’s first freelance bookkeeper, Sabrina excels alongside running her own practice at expoaccounting.co.uk. She manages VAT returns with deep CIS and VAT expertise. 

    Sabrina lives in Sale town with her husband and two children.

    Linda Owen

    Bookkeeper

    Linda is owner and founder of LMO bookkeeping and joined CBC to handle VAT returns for our clients with expertise. 

    She is known for building finance systems that bring efficiency, structure and confidence for growth decisions. A seamless fit for our team!
