Caroline Boardman
Owner & Managing Director
I setup CBC 8 years now, and the team has grown in line with business make sure we have the support in place all of our valued clients.
I live in Urmston with my husband Chris and two children Dominic and Imogen.
Victoria Barker
Practice Manager
Vic is our Practice Manager. She handles everything from office admin, client on-boarding to managing our communications.
Vic also runs her own VA business – Dream PA and lives in Lowton with her husband and two boys.
Angela Carmody
Bookkeeper
Angela joined the CBC team in July 2024 and she has quickly become a key member of the CBC team.
She is also based in Urmston so often keeps me company in the office.
Angela works part-time around her family, she lives with her husband, son and daughter.
Sabrina Simpson
Bookkeeper
Sabrina was the first bookkeeper that worked freelance for CBC.
Sabrina has been a fabulous asset to CBC and works for us alongside building her own practice too. Sabrina looks after a number of VAT returns for CBC clients and has extensive knowledge of VAT rules and CIS too.
Sabrina lives in Sale town with her husband and 2 children. We are lucky to have her on the team!
Becki Brooksbank
Accountant
Having gained a Masters degree in Physics in 2005, Becki decided to train as an accountant and has now been qualified with ICAEW for 15 years.
Working remotely from home in Nottingham, Becki helps us with accounts preparation, Self assessments and corporation tax returns. Her approach to helping business owners is perfectly aligned with our CBC values, she’s been a great addition to the team!
Louise Ball
Bookkeeper
Louise has her own bookkeeping business, Eleven Accounts.
She supports CBC as a bookkeeper and in addition keeps us on track with our receipts and VAT returns and has also helped us to streamline pricing too.
Louise lives in Heaton Chapel, Stockport with her 2 girls.
Lisa Clennell
Marketing
Lisa Clennell is the founder of Your Happy Customer, a marketing agency that specialises in helping businesses build strong, lasting customer relationships. She advises companies on how to focus on their existing customers, provide excellent service, and show appreciation. This approach helps CBC ensure our clients are getting the support they need.
Lisa lives in Chorlton with her partner, Simon and children Lucas and Megan. She is lovely, caring, considerate, generous and sociable and I love having Lisa on my team.
Linda Owen
Bookkeeper
Linda is owner and founder of LMO bookkeeping and she is awesome. We were delighted when she said she had capacity to join the CBC team.
Linda’s goal is to become an integrated part of her client’s team. She helps to give structure and systems to the finance function to keep you on top of your numbers and ready to make growth decisions with confidence. She can help you by meeting you where you’re at and put systems in place that give you efficiencies and ultimately a smoother running business.
